Mary3 KIRK (Thomas2, Isaac1) was born in Monks Coppenhall 1780. 

Mary was baptized in St Michaels, Church Coppenhall, 29 November 1780.  Mary & Jane were Twins

She married twice.  She married Willliam YOXALL in St Michaels, Church Coppenhall, 5 December 1803.  Banns read Nov 20th, Nov27, Dec 4 1803 by Curate Mathew BLOOR.  In the presence of Thos KIRK and Joseph ? .  At the time of the wedding Both William and Mary gave their occupations as Servants

Willliam was born 1784.  Willliam died February 1820 Drury Lane, Church Coppenhall, at 35 years of age.  His body was interred 16 February 1820 in St Michaels, Church Coppenhall. 

Mary married Peter WARBERTON in St Michaels, Church Coppenhall, 28 November 1837.  Mary was a Widow and Peter a Widower.   He was a farmer.  The marriage was witnessed by Thomas KIRK. 

Mary KIRK and Willliam YOXALL had the following children:

Ralph YOXALL was born in Coppenhall, Cheshire 13 October 1804. Ralph died 1810.  His body was interred 13 November 1810 in Coppenhall, Cheshire.  Died age 6 years.  He was baptized in Coppenhall, Cheshire, 4 February 1805.

Elzabeth YOXALL was born in Coppenhall, Cheshire 1806.  She was baptized in Coppenhall, Cheshire, 31 March 1806

Sarah YOXALL was born in Coppenhall, Cheshire 1808.  She was baptized in Coppenhall, Cheshire, 28 February 1808.

William YOXALL was born 1810.

Ralph YOXALL was born FEB 1813.

Thomas YOXALL was born 1813.

Mary YOXALL was born Drury Lane, Church Coppenhall 7 September 1816.  She was baptized in St Michaels, Church Coppenhall, 24 December 1820.

Abraham YOXALL was born 4 March 1818.

John YOXALL was born 24 September 1820.
