Thomas YOXALL was born in Coppenhall, Cheshire 1813.  He was baptized in St Michaels, Church Coppenhall, 20 March 1813. Religion: C of E.  Thomas and Ralph were Twins.

He married Elizabeth KIRK in St Michaels, Church Coppenhall, 19 January 1836.  In the presence of Thomas Kirk X (mark) and Benjamin Stubbs X (mark).  Elizabeth was born in High Farm, Monks Coppenhall 9 August 1815.  Elizabeth was the daughter of Thomas KIRK and Mary BAKER. 

At the time of the 1841 census Thomas (30, Ag Lab.) was living at Church Coppenhall together with his wife Elizabeth (30) and their children William (5), Abraham (3) and Isaac (1). 

Thomas YOXALL and Elizabeth KIRK had the following children:

William YOXALL was born 1836.  He married Emma DAVIES at St Bertoline, Barthomley, December qtr 1860.  Emma was born Hankelow, Cheshire 1841.  Emma was the daughter of Thomas DAVIES. 

On the 1851 census William (12) is staying at the house of his grand parents, Thomas KIRK & Mary BAKER.  On the 1861 census William is married and staying at the home of his father in law Thomas DAVIES.

Abraham YOXALL was born in Warmingham, Sub-district of Wybunbury 26 February 1838.  The Birth was registered on 26th March 1839 by the father Thomas YOXALL.

Isaac YOXALL was born in Warmingham, Sub-district of Wynbunbury 17 December 1840.  The Birth was registered by the mother Elizabeth on 29th December 1840.
